At the heart of Huggett Home Improvements are Jay and Ross. A father and son team of trusted window fitters in Eastbourne. Ross has been in the industry since his late teens, bringing over 40 years of experience in double glazing in Eastbourne and across Sussex. When Jay left school around 18 years ago, Ross took him under his wing, passing on not just skills, but the values of hard work, attention to detail, and doing every job properly.
Over the years, they’ve worked together for several window companies throughout Sussex, gaining a huge amount of experience across a wide range of windows and doors in Eastbourne. From small home upgrades to full property transformations, they’ve seen it all and perfected their craft along the way.
In 2023, Jay decided it was time for something different. After years in the industry, he realised something was lacking; a real focus on customer care, honest communication, and a company that genuinely puts its customers first. That’s when Huggett Home Improvements was created, a local window business in Eastbourne focused on delivering not only top quality installations but also a level of service customers can rely on.
